Whataburger

"Had an order of to go food for our 9 clinic staffs. 1of our staff's fries had a fried spider inside. Spoke to the manager. He said he would replace the fries. It is a concern of food consumption. Cautious cleaning atmosphere is essential when cooking food. We are concerned about all of our meal we had it today. Please investigate it and address this further by taking action."

"Went through the drive-through. There was only one vehicle in front of me. I paid and was told to pull up ahead, and I waited 15 minutes and no one ever came out. I went inside and requested a refund while the manager appeared to take his time like he did not care, very bad service I will never come here again ! He did not even apologize while all his staff members were congregating among themselves among each other."

"I've not ever had a complaint about Whataburger. Let's say I'm a fan. I decided to try the new menu item of chili cheese fries. Presentation was nice, but not a fan of whatever chili they used. There wasn't much cheese so I can't comment as to the flavor. No complaints on this one but I won't order again. Chili cheese fries will be best from Sonic (in my humble opinion)."

"Be careful with what you pay for…. I upgraded my fries from a SM to a L and they barely filled up my container. They also weren’t fresh at all… if I had emptied my L into a M I bet it would’ve fit perfectly. The burger was messy but tasty"

"Great dine in experience. Clean, friendly staff, helpful, plenty of seating. If you are visiting, add the spicy ketchup. They only put mustard on your burger. Get gravy if you get the chicken dinner box Cons: congestion during lunch hour. No parking and drive thru backed up."
