Whataburger

"Had a horrible experience with this company. I got the Whataburger app and for getting the app I got a free Whataburger coupon! Sounds great, right!? But the problem was nothing worked right! I went through all the screens to get what I wanted, and it showed me that my order had gone through and I'd payed for it, but when I showed up at the restaurant, there was no record of me doing anything over the app. Someone in charge I guess she was a manager checked her computer and said that the order was never sent and I needed to do it again. I went through the whole process a second time and still nothing ever came up on her end. We double checked that I was at the right restaurant, but nothing worked. she basically shrugged her shoulders and walked away from me and I walked out of the restaurant without any food. Nobody was rude, but nobody went out of their way to help me either. In retrospect, all she had to do was say, “I’m so sorry for the trouble! What do you want and I’ll charge you and make it for you right away!” but nobody offered to help me in any way or do anything extra. Why would you want to lose a customer just because the app didn’t work? Overall, my experience was just sad: sad service, sad app, sad ex customer."

"Took my son there today for his birthday, brought a cake and started singing happy birthday, everyone in the establishment including staff started clapping. The staff were extremely kind, they offered us ice cream. I have been to many Whataburgers...never have I ever felt so much positive energy at an establishment before. I rarely give reviews they were definitely worthy of this review."

"Food was ok. but Gabe! That guys energy was amazing! Accurately took my order, made my family giggle and made sure my order was right! The girl handing out the food was very courteous as well, I didn’t catch her name though. She was the dirty blonde with curls balled up under her hat. That whole crew was on point!!!"

"We pulled through the drive through after ordering two burgers for take out, they tried to charge my girlfriend even though we had paid for our take out order on the mobile app. After my girlfriend explained that she already paid they handed us our food and forgot our drink, again my girlfriend had to speak up about her drink, which the girl “Gabriella” at the window then proceeded to out up to her nose and sniff, explaining that she thought it was water, very gross and un sanitary. We finally got home to eat the food and both burgers are just atrocious, old and not even lukewarm, my patty melt had weird pieces of old lettuce on the bun even though i never ordered lettuce on it, was bland and practically cold, and my girlfriends burger was just slopped apart and had tons of just weird grey liquid pouring out if it, and old stale burnt buns, we are beyond disappointed from a whataburger that has 4/5 stars on google. Wont be coming back."

"Breakfast fresh food. My son loves the breakfast burger. I have the biscuit bacon breakfast bowl with or without gravy. Hash browns are good, nice and crispy."
