"The prior review is no joke. I literally ordered a hot dog, nachos, and a side of Mac n cheese on DoorDash over an hour ago. The dasher was even there and told me it was not busy but they were taking forever. Suddenly the app tells me they’re trying to find me another dasher because my food won’t be ready for another 40 minutes. That’s absolutely insane for the minor items I ordered. — update — finally got the order. Seems they threw in an extra hot dog for the trouble. Too bad they did not pay attention to my notes instructions. I asked to remove the relish that the description states it comes with if it was sweet relish, but leave if it was dill relish. It was sweet and put on both. It also comes with mustard and I asked to add mayo along with the mustard. There was no mustard on either hot dog. The bacon Mac and cheese as listed on the app did not have any bacon. It wasn’t very cheesy either and all the noodles were stuck together. Did not like this nor eat it. The nachos were fine. Just like any nachos with cheese."

"Food is GREAT, but don't even think to try ordering from this place on a delivery app! Your order WILL get CANCELLED. I've tried ordering on several occasions and the order gets cancelled EVERY TIME. The only time it wasn't cancelled is because i physically called the location! Definitely shouldn't have the option for online ordering/delivery if you guys cannot fulfill these orders! Hello, I did see your reply to my review, and in response to that, I need to clarify that my orders did not get canceled just one or two times, it was on FOUR SEPERATE OCCASIONS that my deliveries were canceled! These occasions were days, even weeks apart. I truly did give your business a chance, in fact I gave your business FOUR chances! I would have assumed after not being able to fulfill however many canceled orders your business has had that the issue would be fixed. To insinuate that I'm writing this review just to hurt your business is just very bad business practice! Please do not try to shift the blame or shame your customers when your business is the one at fault!!! I get that this score hurts your business, but clearly you took notice and I'm glad it's motivating your business to resolve this issue quickly! All of the canceled uber orders should have been enough to have you resolve this. It shouldn't have had to take a negative review for a business to do better."
