"Currently waiting at Chick-fil-A, and there was a mix-up with my husband's order over the intercom. They misheard his name, making it impossible to locate our order. He requested to have the order read back for confirmation, but they were unable to find it. I had hoped choosing this location would ensure a smoother service experience. We'll see how the food turns out, and I'll make sure to capture a photo if there are any issues with it. Got our order and they were missing the 8ct nuggets. I get that kids need to make orders incorrectly or mishear a name so that they can have free food to themselves, but it only makes the General Manager lose out on food costs or short a register. Not a good look for a new location. I hope the GM picks better leaders and staff…….."

"Food was good but we had to wait 15 minutes for our food, we only ordered three sandwiches, 2 drinks (one of which was forgotten) and a shake. The server forgot one of our drinks and had no idea what the delay was. After we had left we realized they had forgotten our straws which is a real bummer when you have a shake."

"Went here over the weekend, and the fries tasted funny like they had a weird after taste. Similar to if someone sprayed some type of chemical around them. Find out the next morning, my fiance was hit with food poisoning. Called the store and spoke with manager Carmen and was told I would hear back from someone else but never did. I just wanted to see if anyone else had called in with the same thing. My fiance was literally throwing up all day, who ever is cooking in the back needs to handle their food with care below is a pic of when I was like these fries ain't right..but didn't think anything of it. Location off potranco never had any issues."

"We've been eating Chick-fil-A for years. One of the things that we have always been super excited about this franchise is the customer service and they never ever got our order wrong. In this case they did not get our order wrong. However, my wife and I love their salads and this time one of the salads did not have cheese in it. And they also shorted us on the chart tomato crispy red bell peppers. Normally each salad comes with one and they only gave us one but we have to salads. Additionally, one of the salads did not have cheese as you can see from my picture. I know this is a new location so I'm hoping management will correct this because I would hate to stop going to a restaurant that we have been fans of for years!"

"The new Chick-fil-A that just opened less than a week ago is in a great location and sits up on a hill somewhat over looking hwy 151. Surprisingly this new location is not like the newly remodeled ones that were converted to just walk-up and drive thru. The spacious parking lot is a relief, and the drive-through, though long, doesn't disrupt traffic flow. Inside, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the option for outside dining adds a nice touch. I went for the 8-piece nugget meal with a lemonade. I have to remember next time to ask for light on the ice because there was very little lemonade; unfortunately the chicken was extra crunchy, dry and dark, not how I prefer but I was a little hungry so I ate it all !"
