"My daughter dialed this location after another Bill Millers had forgotten a rack in the drive thru. They were wonderful about replacing it and apologized for the inconvenience. Completely different than the way I was treated at Bill Millers #5 which was the restaurant that actually did mess up my order. Not sure who the skinny curly haired manager is there but he needs some training in customer service period."

"Waited almost 20 mins just to have my whole meal. Incorrect. We asked for 3 piece all dark meal for my lunch and family fried chicken meal all dark. They both were mixed. The drink was supposed to be unsweetened and bucket an Arnold Palmer. My tea was sweet and they gave us unsweetened Arnold Palmer. The jalapeños were the best part of the meal. Chicken over fried and fries soggy. Why be in the business of customer service if you can’t follow simple request. I hope these issue can be fixed. I love bill millers but lately it’s been a continuous disappointment that’s the reason to this review!!"

"While I was on my way to work, I stopped at Bill Miller's located at 2823 W Commerce St. Even at 5:05 P.M. I was able to place my order and drive off in about 10 minutes. That's not bad for the number of people inside. My oder was repeated back to me, I had my drink, and I received my order with time to spare to get to work. The location was clean, the bar was stocked, and the staff was communicating well with each other. I'll definitely return."
