Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Let me say this was the WORST EXPERIENCE with a manager ever. Night manager for Friday night was extremely rude with his employees and myself. I ask for white meat and they gave me dark meat, I went to the cashier and explain to him about the mistake, he was real nice until me and went to the manager, and all hell broke loose for a STUPID peace of chicken. Truly need to take a look at the video and see how rude he was. Is ridiculous that you have someone like that managing employees. I love Popeyes, but because of him, I won't be visiting this store and will take it to corporate."

"Person taking order was not professional and seemed to struggle with understanding English. I ordered spicy chicken and non of it was spicy. I also order honey bbq wings and my picture reflects what they looked like. Barely any sauce and little effort. I hope to see new chicken chains start to pop up because every pop eyes in San Antonio area is terrible with quality and service. I literally debated getting Popeyes because I knew my order would be wrong or something would be a problem. Next time I’ll go with my gut and go somewhere else."

"Rarely have I been in an honest restaurant. Upon pulling into the drive thru and placing my order, the worker asked if I was willing to wait an extra 5 minutes for my order to be made completely fresh. Upon receiving the food, it was fresh and made correctly to order. I even received a small warning to be careful as it was hot. This one interaction has cemented itself to show this Popeyes location has mastered customer service. I will be returning here in my future orders"

"Stuck in the drive through over 20 min. The staff memeber was extremely fustrated being understaffed. Were only two cars ahead of me when I got there. It seems like the manager was the only one taking and delivering orders. Poorly ran location as I've had this problem at this location before. The food was good, no issues with the quality, but it took almost 10 minutues just to have my order taken after pulling up to the speaker."

"For a place that closes at 10pm it always seems like they never have anything by 930. You got 30 mins to go. I dont understand what the point is. And it's always this location. That review was months ago... ...went back last week and the lady at the drive thru was on her personal phone talking to someone about what she was doing. No customer interaction. I should have checked my bag. When I got home it was not at all of what I asked. Luckily, I live 3 mins away. Went back and the young lady who helped me was very polite. Unfortunately, whe. I looked over at the drive thru, the lady still didn't seem interested in her shift. I mean, it is was it is. It's always the service."
