"Went and picked up my food from curbside. (I just got off working a 10 hr shift). Went home and realized they forgot my wife’s orange juice, my jalapeño and the coke I got was diet instead of regular. When I called the restaurant twice it rang for over two minutes without anyone answering. Horrible service. Every other time I get food they always seem to forget something and then when I call I can never get someone to answer the phone. Finally after calling 4 times the manager Eric answers. Doesn’t seem sympathetic at all. When I go thru the drive thru he acts like he just don’t talk to me 10 minutes ago. Gives me my missing items. No thank you no sorry no nothing. Poor management and customer service. Do better on your customer service smh and get better management who actually care about their customers and their job. My wife used to work for whataburger as a team leader and never treated her customers that way. Wish all management was like her. Sadly it is like that."

"Real bad service and they cook the fries with real oil and I would leave the picture of the fries and you can tell the black oil on the fries You can see this black stain on the box of the fries. This is the third time that happened to me in this Whataburger"

"I went last night well this morning when I got off of work and this what they served me the worst burger served to me at 1 am in the morning this located off of highway 90 and the entire crew the employees look like then didn't want to be there the line was backed so long it was ridiculous it took them 20 minutes just for me to get this food and it was pitiful COPERATE OFFICE needs to see about this asap"

"This salad...the greens are too much. I prefer additional dressing. I like iceberg and romaine lettuce better. Don't get me wrong....this salad is so good. It has ranch dressing AND blue cheese crumbles. So good. I really appreciate the crumbles. I are every last bit of this salad."
