"We used to buy nitro cold brews here all the time since we live nearby and they were so good. As of maybe like 2-3months it has been tasting very off like i dont know if they haven’t cleaned the equipment or what but it almost has a bitter water taste its so weird but we gave them another chance this morning since the other starbucks we started going to was out of nitro and as soon as we tasted it it was off. Not coming back to this one but hopefully they check out what the nitro is tasting like and see what they can do to fix it :("

"Got my drink and it was melted, got in the drive thru again to ask for a new one… the new one was melted and they made the order wrong. At this point I’m not going back…,"

"Jenna, Gilbert, Terrance, Wesley, Becky, Megan!!!!! OMG they work SO fast!! They were all so busy it was hard to catch name tags!! Never an idle moment with them! They got our order out so fast and there were so many people here! They were fantastic!! I loved seeing them and the atmosphere was friendly and fast paced. They suggested different add ins and breakfast items as well as knew the menu inside and out! They were quick to make the drinks perfectly so everything was fresh! I couldn’t tell who the manager was because they all worked like they should be one!! We ordered the mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher, egg white bites, and the vanilla bean cream Frappuccino with dragonfruit."

"Waited for store to open. Ordered from a super friendly employee. Used bathroom and was shocked that it appeared to NOT have been cleaned from the night before. Huh?? Thought that was part of the store pre-opening process.. Apparently not. Counter was empty of breakfast items. One employee was still checking sell-by dates on the lunch and dessert items before filling bottom case. Guess someone was late coming in. Coffee was strong but ok.."
