Buffalo Wild Wings

"Just because 0 is not an option or would have selected no starts. We walked in as a party of 18. General Manager would not accommodate us for seating. Wanted us to sit apart and we tried seating kids at thier own table and wouldn't allow that either. Place was empty so it's not like we were taking a lot of space or leaving people without seating. We were also waiting for one of the tables to be cleaned as we could not sit together and waitress made an annoyed face. Again they were NOT busy. I know restaurant business is busy but they also need to provide customer service. I guess they really didn't need the services for a party of 18. Don't recommend this place for big party especially if current general manager is working that day."

"Our server Briana tried pulling a fast one on my husband and I. We always check our receipts before paying and guess what she added $27.00 worth of food to our receipt. Of course after I told her we did not order this she immediately removes it without an apology. More like disappointed that we caught her adding extra food we didn’t order. I felt uneasy leaving a tip on the receipt. Instead gave cash tip. I will not be returning to this location. It’s embarrassing to the restaurant for employees stealing from the customers. I have attached the receipts. The receipt marked in green is what she added extra. If she was hungry we could have paid her meal but to steal is not a good look. The receipt on the left is our original order the one on the right is the food added by Briana."

"Horrible customer service I asked for a sweet tea for my daughter she got un sweet also asked for all flat wings waitress comes back with drumsticks and flats waited for more than 40 minutes for our food I started to eat the flat wings she had left at the table and stated it was going to be an additional 9 minutes for the other flat wings to come out I then realized that the wings tasted old and some uncooked just felt disgusting at the moment waitress then called manager who then stated “ok what’s wrong with them “ very unprofessional will never go back again. After that I let my sister take the ones that were coming out to go."

"We just ordered from there this afternoon for a to go order for our office and they forgot to give us all our our drinks for our meals, they forgot the extra sauces we paid for, they forgot to give me dressing for my salad, and there was no condiments, wet naps or anything. So now we’re stuck eating a dry salad, dry wings, and have no drinks that we paid for!? Last time we ever come here I will be ordering from wing stop from now on!"

"Husband and I ordered wings and they were extremely dry almost inedible. I also got the Mac and cheese and it was lukewarm at best nothing was hot or fresh. Definitely wont be returning here."
