"My family and I were on the south side of town so we pulled into one of our favorite places, Whataburger on S. Zarzamora and Military. Food and service was great. Unfortunately there were two vagrants in the dinning area asking for food and money to everyone that walked in. Staff didn't seem to mind there presence. Which made our experience a little rushed & uncomfortable. Hopefully this gets taken care of."
"didn't get something myself since there aren't gluten-free options. But my guest got 2 BOBs and had no problem with it. They could work a little faster to get a better rating, but it is what it is. Don't see this location leaving, so stop by if ur a fan of their food."
"Place always seems friendly and clean. However this is the second time the quality of my food does not satisfy expectations. 1. Ordered large fries. What was given to me was a large fry box half way full. Might as well have paid for a medium has I know the serving was going to be reduced. 2. The patties on my burger were dry. The bread was flattened together, almost looked like someone slapped the buns on aggressively and made it look smaller and unappealing. 3. Not important, but still, I ordered large fries and only 1 ketchup was given to me. I know I went through the mobile app and curb side while you possibly have other guests to attend, but it doesn’t make my order less important. Do better with the quality please."
"Stopped in for breakfast. Had a breakfast sandwich and coke. Service is always good and cheery. Witnessed homeless young man going through the garbage. An angel spoke to my heart. Bought another order of the same. I went out and gave him some words of encouragement and directed him to Haven for Hope. I didn't question his circumstances or make any judgment. I gave him the food and drink. He thanked me quietly. Pretty small price for points towards Paradise. Had shopping to do in the area. It was HOT. 106 !!! Stopped in again after shopping and had the banana shake : Outstanding !!! Cool environment, smiling faces. God is Good !!!"
"My food was cold and my burger was not made the right way, the night crew was terrible with customer service considering the fact that I always go to this location do to it being a clean location. I called to tell them about it and they never answered. This is the burger I received barely any lettuce and forgot my grilled onions and a few jalapeños horrible burger."
