"Horrible service. No one answers the phone. They got my order wrong and gave me less wings than they were supposed to. Half the pieces were popcorn shrimp size and they say they review the cams and everything was there like I don't know how to count. Everytime I go to this location they mess something up. It never fails. This is the last straw and I will not return to a place that messes up my order,steals my money,and refuses to do anything to help the situation."
"This is a follow up to my last visit. It was like night and day, everything was a lot better. The food came out on time and hot. Placed a mobile order and arrived, then selected the spot number, and it would be ready in 8 minutes. 25 minutes later, no one came out, so I went in, and with no apologies after asking how much longer. All they needed was getting our drinks, after that, for home to cold food."
"As soon as we walked in, a young lady named Lindsay, greeted us with a warm welcome and genuine smile, she was very happy to see us, it was written all over her face. She was was amazing, making sure everyone in the lobby had their meals and everything they needed. She even offered to take our tray as we were leaving. You have a gem there for customer service for sure! All other staff was amazing as well, but our interaction with her stuck out. You don't see that type of genuineness in people anymore, or at least it's rare. Food was hot, fresh and delicious as always."

"Been there five times and service has always been bad except for one time. slow service. I went by at 11pm last night and I asked for mustard and mayo on burger and they put in ketchup. The meat was dry and the fries were not not or warm. This location is less than a mile away but I prefer to drive to one 4 miles away because service is better"
