So far, I've only had one minor customer service experience that was not positive; that being a phone call. Since then things have been great. I'm very peculiar about my equipment. The customer service has been helpful and even shipped small consumables at no cost over the last year of having my machines. If I have a question or concern, I call, email photos while on the phone, and get answers on the spot with resolutions. One incident my tech damaged a small fitting, the rep set me up with a replacement, spares, and even some spare hose, as to prevent future emergency stops to a job. HUGE THANKS!!! Mixed reviews can be a deterrent, but from my experience, I researched the equipment I chose and knew it would be a good fit for my business size and work flow, so the rest came down to post-purchase customer service and I've been pleased so far!"
