"Once a month we purchase kolaches here for our company meeting of 24 people. Its typical that the parking is always limited but the drive thru is always open. Sometimes I get asked to park upfront to get my order if they are busy. Today with no one in the drive thru and a full parking lot I am told that I have to park and come in. The employee is reluctant to take my order saying I have to come in. Well then I take my business to Rosas Cafe down the street. Never stopping here again, ridiculous and you still ask for tips after service like this."

"The coffee is good but today I decided to get hash browns and they gave me some burnt old hash browns and it was 6:50 am why am I getting burnt/old quality food I don’t get it I was really disappointed"

"Every morning i look forward to getting my large hot coffee with cream & sugar and my old fashion donut! The coffee is always fresh & hot! The donuts are never stale, usually always fresh & rarely out of donuts! Tried hot food once or twice, would recommend the sweet black pepper sandwich. Stop by if you're in the area and craving some good coffee with great service."

"I come to the store often and I've never had a complaint. They're always fast and friendly, my order is always right, etc. But today I stopped by for a giant coffee because it has been a giant coffee kind of bad day, The guy at the window could not have been more amazing. I wish I would have caught his name but all I can say is that his friendliness, and kindness, and just all around amazing personality made my day a thousand times better. I hope his manager sees this l. It literally just happened so hopefully that helps pinpoint the guy. We need more people like him in this world, especially in retail and service."

"Clean store, clean restrooms, friendly staff, what else do you need. I mean Dinkin is kind of the McDonalds of coffee shops, and this one delivers at the top of the game. In and out quick and they get your order right. The parking is a little tricky, and it's hard to find the store if you don't know where it is, but once you find it it's a good spot."
