"Myself and my niece recently at here last week. We ended up getting sick after ordering the Turkey Subs. For some reason they now block your view of them making the food. Huge red flag and I won’t be back."
"Truthfully, this Subway is normally amazing. But not today around 2pm. One of the employees was very unprofessional towards her fellow teammates, and obviously untrained. But to be honest, I doubt she was trainable - she didn't seem to care. I don't know the situation but while preparing a sandwich: Her teammates were trying to help her understand how to cut down to size a kids size sandwich, and after a surprising series of experimentation (it should be 4 inches, just cut the end off - says one of her teammates. Not that hard yo.) she proceeded to quietly verbally chastise her teammates. This attitude was unacceptable, didn't want to make a scene defending her other teammates; we walked out before completing our order."
"The server was super nice and upbeat. I never got her name, but she saw me on a walk earlier today. Anyways, she was super kind and thoughtful. She made a great sandwich. I am giving her 5 stars for excellent service and kindness. She deserves a raise and makes this subway a better store."
"Our family eats at subway several times a month if not more. We usually do only good reviews but this was not pleasant felt like I was a burden the. Get home and find out all sandwhiches are wrong. We spent over $70 at various subways the past weeek.We have a household to run and use the mobile app. For starters pur daughters sandwich literally had every ingredient she asked not to have and didn't have what she asked for. I have pictures if needed. My wife's sandwich was wrong. We ordered via mobile app and when I walked in I was scoffed at, no greeting and food was not on shelf where mobile orders go. I had to wait and saw that my order was ready but behind the counter. The sandwich in picture was supposed to have Lettuce, Salami, green peppers and honey mustard. Everything else she chose no on and you can see there was no Lettuce only spinach, tomatoes and banana peppers, and pickles were all NOT asked for. Our hope in this review is that maybe some training on reading the orders from app and customer service training will help. We enjoy subway and again usually always do good reviews. After getting home from a long Monday this was not at all satisfactory."
"Guess I should have looked at the reviews prior to patronizing this establishment so that’s my fault. Katie is the worst, and a disgrace of management!! My husband came in on 2/6 and picked up two steak subs that I asked and paid for extra everything. Get home and my sandwich was harder and dryer than the Sahara! I call and speak to Katie who offers a replacement, I said I would try to make it by Sunday only two days later however, I ended up stuck in another location and the snow storm hit, when the snow storm was over I returned on the following Friday and they were swamped, police and everything so I took a photo to show the line and wait because I had to return to my job. Fast forward to today I returned for a 3rd time and this time I spoke with Katie face to face and she looked me straight in the face and refused to replace my sandwich, so not only have I wasted money but now time, gas and effort. I ask her why she wouldn’t just do the right thing and she says they only have two-three days to replace a sandwich! Well, I ordered it Friday the winter storm came Monday how is that enough time considering the circumstances?? Be foreal!!! Just rude and shouldn’t be the face of your establishment! Wouldn’t be surprised if she ate all the condiments and that’s why they were lacking! I’m pregnant and was really craving that, we will never patron here again!! $20 bucks wasted on two “fully loaded” TRASH subs!! Met with the most mediocre service, trust I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere!!"
