"Excellent food. We have been ordering delivery and decided to stop in and check the place out. Definitely better in person! 10/10 would return"
"I want to give them a good review, but I can’t. I cannot give them a good review because they don’t understand that Italian food is made a certain way… You can’t get spices in a bottle from supermarket you can’t halfway do things. To make spaghetti you need to get fresh garlic, not frozen, not in the container of spice, like in some dorm room, kitchen! ; you need to at least consider making your own pasta and if you don’t , then get good pasta, not the plate of standby handed me . Do not put frozen meatballs in the spaghetti. Do you think that you can freeze the meatballs and thaw them in your microwave and add them to your sauce and you’ve got something good? I literally listened to the manager talking about stirring in more spices due to my complaint and watched them do so but I gave them a chance to see what they were about. The spices were awful ! Like you had some old oregano on the shelve somewhere that was 10 years old and some old -out of date garlic in the bottle . Ugh! Pro-tip :You have to gradually fold spices in and literally cook not stir in to get proper flavor … When you make pizzas when you make spaghetti when you make food when you prepare things at a restaurant, where there is tipping, the food needs to be acceptable. I tried them a few years back. The food was awful. I tried them again this year and the spaghetti was good if you were serving it to an elementary school lunch - maybe on a good day where people are starving in a Third World country’s primary school -free lunch program. Food preparation is as much an art form as it is method. I’m not here to teach people how to prepare food. I’m here to get spaghetti that I don’t have to make in my own kitchen. Last time I went there to get spaghetti they gave me the driest bowl of spaghetti you could ever have, and it was devoid of flavor. Ragu from the jar micro waved - would’ve been better . I showed up again about a week later and I let the manager know that I want the spaghetti to have flavor and its needs to have more garlic and it needs to have more oregano in the spaghetti to have flavor and not so dry and they gave me a plate and I had some of it and I threw it out mostly . If a real chef were to taste this , they would have a fit of rage to put it bluntly. Ragu from the jar would have been more flavorful and more fresh then what I got. I don’t care about excuses I don’t care about all the stuff I’m being told - I’m here paying for quality and I’m getting slop and apparently your customers are unaccustomed to real Italian foods and if they were ever exposed to the real thing they would tell you to close up shop because NO! If you’re going to do Italian don’t give me the excuse that people don’t like oregano don’t like garlic. This is Italian - that means there’s lots of oregano there’s lots of garlic. There’s lots of things that make it Italian. A bowl of ketchup and some noodles that I can make from materials from market. Is not worth the 21% tip gratuity( charity ) There are things you do when preparing meals of this sort . You clarify butter , you measure ingredients , you make fresh meat sauce and meatballs , you get garlic and you use a press to properly EXTRACT garlic , filtered water , fresh herbs …ECT No, I’m not trying to advertise what I’m about , i’m not here to give you my accolades . I’m not looking for a job and besides that you couldn’t afford me, but if I were in this kitchen, the shake down that would occur would be epic. Preparation of these kinds of meals start early in the morning. Preparation of the food and the ingredients are ultimately in the hands of the manager not the freezer - not the horribly UN -FRESH ingredients that comprise meals that would be rejected in Lieu of field rations in the army … fresh ingredients fresh fresh fresh! I know frozen meatballs when I taste them. You need fresh garlic you need fresh oregano you need fresh meatballs you need someone who is a chef running the show that’s on the ball - you want it right because this sucks and why people are going there I don’t know . F mode!"

"I loved this place and am now so disappointed with them. The photos show the poor quality of pizza we received. Who makes a margarita pizza with diced, unripe tomatoes and tiny burnt pieces of basil. Or a pizza with meat that seemed like it was an afterthought to toss some meat on after the pizza came out of the oven. I have worked in restaurants for 22 years, and I couldn't imagine serving food like this. Luckily, we ordered soup, salad, and wings because we didn't eat the pizzas, and they were closed once we received our food from grubhub so we couldn't get them to remake the pizza."
