Golden Chick

"They messed up my order twice causing me to be over charged by $4. I order two 1 piece chicken leg kids meals one with fries one with mash potatoes and 2 drinks (drinks come with kids meal). A 8 piece chicken strip meal, and a 2 piece chicken leg/thigh meal. I was charged 1 kids meals with the drink substituted for a second side and 2 drinks added. A 8 peice chicken strip meal and a 2 peice leg meal. When I got home I notice I only had 3 meals. One kids meal was missing. I was charged wrong and on top of that they gave me chicken straps for the kids meal and not a chicken leg. Went back to get my missing kids meal that I had to spend another $6 on, did something dumb and did not check the meal. They messed up again and gave me chicken strips instead on a chicken leg. On top of that the mashed potatoes was runny so son did not eat them. The main reason we went to Golden Chick was for the potatoes and Chicken legs and my kids didn't get chicken legs and did not get to eat the potatoes because someone completely botch cooking them. So if you go be sure to have them repeat the meal, look at the receipt afterwards, and check every single meal. Usually my husband goes there and apparently they always get the orders wrong. Had I know this I likely would not have gone or at least checked the order 3 times over."

"Worste and unhealthy and unsafe food . We got some suspicious particles in the food luckily I saw that before my daughter ate it . Called in the restaurant to tell them the problem but the response from the person was very harsh . Literally he was very rude"

"Hubby wanted to try for the first time. We had the wing dings with spicy dry seasoning. The fried chicken remind us of Church's so we enjoyed it. The roasted chicken we also enjoyed, the roll was very soft with a hint of sweet. Great experience we will return. Spicy season wings may not look the prettiest but they are good and crunchy, on the small side but that didn't get any low rating. Hubby had side salad which was fresh. Thank you. My rating is based on our experience, everyone will be different I am sure. We enjoyed our food"
