"Rented equipment that was discharged on Friday lost money and time because we could not complete job for our client and brought it back. Did not even get an apology or anything...Denise changed it to Monday we go back Monday same thing happened. We asked employees to check it on the spot so they can confirm it does not work they said ''We don't have time to check it''. I asked for a refund said they cant do it unless Dennise is in the office. Did not get a call back or anything. If you give me a faulty equipment and customer asks for a refund the correct thing to do is give them a refund on the spot. First time renting here bad experience. Equipment was returned on the same Day but they steal your money don't care about customer."

"Our campgrounds call on them for all types of equipment from stump grinders to mini excavators. Would give a 10 star rating if available. Denise is our rental rep and she goes above and beyond. We always get exactly what we need and more importantly….when we need it. Everything is spot on, scheduling…delivery…service…pickup. We won’t rent anywhere but here."
