"Usually good. Today, however, a lady in appliances was not having good days, i guess. I asked her to page someone to vanities and I never heard anything and no one ever showed up. I went to Home Depot and someone helped me. I spent a good amount there. Sorry. Customer Service should matter."
"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you need to get a hold of a person there just call corporate. I've called multiple times about multiple issues and get put on hold for 30 mins. No one picks up, I have to go in person to talk to someone. Mind you this is the Brownsville location, there is not a whole lot going on."
"I called to the store in Brownsville, TX. Got the automated attendant. Wanted to speak to the manager. I was waiting for someone to answer the phone. Waited for 35 min. No one ever answered. This is terrible for a store that employees many associates that work the front area and no one can pick up the phone! Yet I have visited this store and I have seen many employees just standing around talking. Not good! Very disappointed."
