"Very nice furniture. The salesperson was polite and very professional. They were able to deliver my furniture within a week. Not 3-6 months like other furniture stores do. (Didn't use the covid pandemic like the other furniture use for long wait to get your furniture you purchased the same day. But be aware that you may need top pay to have the furniture assembled."

"I didnt qualify for credit so I took their financing plan. You can pay everything in full within 3 months with no interest or take up to a year with alot of interest, After taxes and interest, my $800 sales price went up to $1600. That's apart from the $27 fee for the credit application. I liked my furniture and only agreed because they deliver, for a $50 additional fee. I told the sales person and I told the girl filling out my application that I needed delivery...twice. I waited 6 days and she calls me to ask when can I pick up the furniture. I told her that its suppose to be delivered? She says its not marked down for delivery. I told her that I mentioned it twice that I needed delivery and she repeats herself that it wasn't marked for delivery. I decided to cancel my order so I had to sign a paper and pay a 15% restocking fee which was about $122. That was a $150 mistake with the application fee. No wonder the place is always empty. I don't recommend for anybody."

"I purchased 1400 dollars worth of furniture, and within a month, the bed frame broke. When I called, they said they would order it for me and deliver it. I waited almost another month to receive it, and when they called to deliver it, they were already by my house. I didn't get any calls ahead of time to let me know that the part was in, and I was at work. They said they could go later, so when I got out of work, I called them to tell them that I was almost home. They said that I had to call the manager and when the manager approved it, they would go back to my house. The manager wanted to schedule it for another day because they had already gone to san benito. At this point, I had been without my bed for almost a month and my husband and I had been sleeping on the floor. I told them I want my part or money back. The owner was very rude, but finally sent the part to me that day. I need to add that they just sent the part and left it for me to install... I also want to add that my husband and I are both at healthy weights. We eat healthy and exercise regularly."
