"I was browsing because the place we had bought furniture made us wait 5 months and nothing. I came in and was greeted kindly when it was 20 min till closing and they still serviced me and I ended up buying 2 twin beds I had been wanting for months. Everyone was so kind and Juventino Reyes followed up with me and called when I could pick them up. Excellent customer service 10/10."

"I liked the fact that they have a big selection of things on the floor to look at but at the end I purchased 5 different furniture items and I have to wait a week for them to be delivered, maybe should of shopped somewhere else......(update)..ok so it's been a week, they came to deliver my items and one of the items was a new bed for my son. After all this time that the had to get my order right they brought it incomplete and where unable to assemble it and it's in my house unusable. I called the store to speak to a manager and they said one was not available, they said the missing pieces to complete the bed would take another 5 days to receive! Completely unacceptable....11 days to receive a complete bed! Aside from that I also ordered a white type of chair for my wife's vanity and they brought it dirty and stained from where they handled it with dirty hands...bad service all around."

"Overall excellent experience. JR the sales associate was guite informed and friendly person. Prices are reasonable and in house financing is convenient with low monthly payments. Inventory is low but they will order the products that you desire. Will do future purchases of furniture there great understanding workers with great environment."

"Update: ordered a nice side table to use as a night stand. Was required to pay a deposit to order it and it was supposed to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. It is now 35 days later and my table has still not arrived. Found the table online for 40% cheaper everywhere else with 3 to 5 day shipping. I ended up asking the store to cancel my order and was told I would lose my deposit and that was it. Spent a lot of money here, but I will not be going back. It was actually still cheaper to lose my deposit and order the table elsewhere. Originally a 5 star review, now a 1 star. Original review: Great place to buy furniture. Bought my couches, dining set, end tables, coffee table, and nightstands here. The sales lady, zayda, was awesome and extremely patient with helping find me exactly what I was looking for. Will be going back for any other furniture I need."
