"First time ordering and there is a roach in the food!!! Disgusting! I did order through Uber so got my money back through them. BUT just gross. I couldn't not eat the food I tossed it all."

"How is this place not shut down by the health inspector? It looks like a literal barn floor with caked brown stuff in the dining room. The carpet in the dining room also smells very bad. Tables were sticky, soup was just left open with a film on each one for the soup bar, rice cooker at the soup bar was covered in white crust from cooking rice and never cleaning. All the blinds in the dining room were half open and half broken. I really want to take pictures and post because of how appalling it was that this place is in business. The restaurant has wrinkled up paper signs taped a hundred times on the windows pointing to the strange side entrance. Why not put your business sign on that side? So confusing and unprofessional. Only reason they exist is because their food is half decent and people like cheap food. It’s too bad they didn’t charge a little more so they could have good cleaning, food storage for the “soup bar”, maintenance to the place, and logical signage. I love an inexpensive Chinese restaurant but it’s got to be clean and inviting. Sorry to say I won’t go back, the lunch special was a steal and the egg roll was good."

"Really disappointed with this establishment. Talked with the “manager” this evening regarding a pick up order they got wrong. They gave me two of the same thing, instead of my original order. I was told that the GM said we have to bring back the messed up order to get it replaced… so they suggested my husband not eat the food and we bring it back tomorrow and switch it out with the original order. This isn’t the first time they get something wrong. It was their mistake. Looks like my family and I will no longer be eating here. We live too far to go back tonight and the lack of flexibility to provide what I actually ordered is astonishing. Not the place it used to be."

"We came here for the first time, January 7th and had dinner. Half way thru eating the Beef Fried Rice, we found a screw in the rice! I immediately took the container to the counter and spoke with the manager. She was surprised, apologized and gave us a option of a newly cooked Beef Fried Rice or a refund. We took the refund. How does this happen? Someone could have choked on the screw, broke a tooth, poked a hole in the tongue or gum. We also ordered Cashew Chicken, but they did not add any cashews. I took that container to the manager and she asked the cook and he said they were out of cashews and said she didn't know that. I asked if the cook knew then why didn't he tell anyone and why did he cook the dish without cashews and not tell anyone. One of the styrofoam cups we were given for our drinks had what looked like a dead squashed bug on the inside. We asked for a new cup, but they didn't seem to care. Outside temperature was 41 degrees and it was very cold in the dining area. I asked if the heater was working and if they could turn it on. The girl said yes and she then went to turn it on. Why wouldn't they have the heat on when it is so cold outside? The place wasn't very clean as other reviews stated. The other food was ok. Based on our visit today, we won't come back."
