Church's Texas Chicken

"5pm on Friday it says no wait online. But, I'm already waiting 20 minutes for a small order. There are at 5 other cars waiting. I went in ask what the hold up is they said 13 minutes more. WTAF! This is supposed to be fast food! How can they not have food ready 5pm on a Friday night! Everytime I go to this location there are issues. Last time for sure!"

"Every single time I decide to give this location a try I regret it. Wasted $50 on some over cooked chicken, nasty corn and old fries. Sad to say the best part of this meal was the mashed potatoes……smh. I will not be throwing my money away at this location anymore. I love churches but this location just doesn’t care about making a good order. Food was so bad no one ate the hard chicken. What a disappointment."

"The customer service, food quality and employees at this location is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The employees are lazy and clueless. Majority of the time their food is old. Tastes like it's been reheated and sitting under the hot lamp all day. They're famous for saying, "Oh we're out" when they don't feel like fulfilling your order. This place needs to either close down, hire better people who actually want to work or get a manager who actually knows how to manage their employees. STAY AWAY OR EAT WITH CAUTION!"

"Ordered online, and was quoted 10 minutes until it would be ready. Arrived, and my order had not been prepared yet, which I didn’t have an issue with waiting an additional 10 minutes (verbally quoted to me when I first asked for my order). I still ended up waiting a full 25 minutes in the store to get my food. While waiting, it was clear that there was no sense direction or leadership keeping things on the rails. I watched four employees shift between each position multiple times. In the time I spent waiting, three drive through orders and one walk in order was filled, so they weren’t busy by any means. When my order was finally complete, I heard one of the employees tell the one bagging up my food that my order should include a purple pepper sauce which I had paid for. I watched the employee search for the sauce, but after about 30 seconds, I see them shrug with a look of defeat, pausing to look down at the bag in their hands, and made the decision to just hand the bag to me without the sauce. Just to make sure I didn’t miss them placing the sauce in the bag or one of my boxes, I checked everything to find no sauce. Went up to the counter and said I’d like a different sauce if they were out of purple pepper, and as the employee went to grab the other’s sauce, they happened to find the purple pepper sauce. When we arrived home to eat, the chicken seemed like it was overly oily (like there were pools of oil in the crevasses of the chicken). At least the fries and the biscuits were good. The whole thing was a bizarre experience to say the least."

"GROSS!!! We came here for the first time, August 10th and went thru the drive thru. We ordered the 24 piece chicken tender family meal. They told us they only had 21 tenders remaining and gave us a small bag of fries to make up for it. The tenders were DISGUSTING! Some of them were as thin as bacon. The flavor was gross on all of the tenders. Bad enough that I hope we don't get food poisoning. The tenders we obviously scrap pieces that were purposely not picked the entire day. Dry, overcooked, reheated, recooked and under heat lamps all day, or longer and room temperature when we got them. The coleslaw and fries were gross and so was the lemonade. We will never come back here. They obviously don't care about food quality or the health of their customers."
