"Best spot for Coffee in Austin hands down. The staff are friendly and the owners obviously have a passion for what they do. They also source their coffee and gluten free/vegan treats from local businesses which are deliciousssss. My husband and I tried the smore’s latte when we went which was absolutely incredibly insANE! If you want quality service, quality ingredients, AND vegan options- at a very fair price, come to this local shop! Love that they always have seasonal options(along with the classics) for me to try, as someone who likes to try new things."

"Has not been the same since it was Neptune. We were 3 minutes early and were told next time wait till 8am. A simple “I’ll be with u in just a few minutes” would have been nice. Coffee also tastes different, used to be my favorite place and tried to give it another chance but it’s not worth it at this point."

"Ever since they changed from Neptune to Bittersweet the coffee has got weaker and weaker each time we have gone. Today, I am questioning if there is actually any coffee in my latte, it tastes like warm milk. The service has improved and the speed you get your drink which we appreciate. We loved Neptune and it’s a weekend tradition for us to get coffee and tacos but I think we will need to find a new spot for coffee if it doesn’t improve."

"My favorite spot to grab a quick coffee or smoothie. I love the Neptune Latte and it’s hard to choose between the mango & berry smoothie so I end up getting both! Beautiful quiet spot to start your mornings or to get a pick-me-up. Sitting or walking around is relaxing with all the foliage and plants. I always hop over to the plant shop next door or grab a breakfast burrito from Jessica’s. 10/10!"
