"The customer service was great, Patrick is the best!!!! This classic drink is the best in town!!!!"
"There’s a reason why this place’s rating is 2 stars. I would give them negative stars if I could. What’s worse than their drinks? Their customer service! This gentleman pictured has serious attitude issues. He literally took our order, charged us and randomly decided to refuse service because my kids had touched the empty cups on display (5 minutes before he had finalized our order) and that apparently made him nervous. Also, when we had questions regarding the drinks he kept answering in the most uninterested tone, sounding as if he thought we were stupid to be asking those questions. My friends and I were stunned initially because it just didn’t make any sense. When we called out his rude behavior, he in return got personal and asked us to teach our kids better. All for touching empty cups on display. This man is seriously in need of help or should work at a position that’s not customer facing because he lacks basic etiquette. Needless to see, never coming back and you shouldn’t too if you don’t want to be a target of his unexplained hostility. PS: There’s a nice bubble tea kiosk ‘Boba Tea Time’ on the same floor just a minute away, with friendly faces and great teas."
