"I love this location. Anytime I come here I usually get a golden eagle chai blended with a soft top and occasionally an entire box of muffin tops for my auto shop. Everyone here is always so friendly, helpful and genuinely cheerful. This morning I came in and Nicki (hope I spelled that right!) shared a laugh with me while she made sure she got my order right! The teamwork between the staff this morning was awesome and they make coming here welcoming! I live in Leander but I definitely will continue to make a pit stop here on my way into austin!"

"I had the pleasure of visiting Dutch Bros Coffee on New Hope Drive in Cedar Park today, and it was an experience worthy of a five-star review! As a regular Starbucks patron, I was unfamiliar with the Dutch Bros menu. However, the staff, especially Camey, made my first visit memorable. Camey's kindness and patience were remarkable. She took the time to understand my usual preferences and suggested a drink tailored to my taste. Her recommendation of an Americano black with a hint of vanilla was spot-on; it was the best hot brew coffee I've had in a long time. The overall customer service at this location was exceptional. The team's enthusiasm and love for their job were palpable, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Camey's efforts in brightening my Christmas Eve were much appreciated and have turned me into a Dutch Bros fan. "Pulled up to a young woman (Shannon) taking orders in the drive through. Exceptionally patient, sweet, and very helpful in terms of me not knowing a single thing about their menu, as I never have been to a location of yours. Took the time to chat with me during my order and after my order, thankfully no one was behind me in the drive through at that time. I'd like to think she went inside just to help make me and my girlfriends drinks and hand it to me. She left a lovely note on both of our cups which definitely made my night and weekend. Hopefully Logan (her manager) sees this and knows he has an incredible employee making a major difference with her customer service. I used to work as a front office manager at a major 1002 room resort in San Antonio which focuses HEAVILY on customer service and she is definitely the most genuine person I would have loved working with at that front desk with me. Oh, duh, review about the drinks...My girlfriend got a Blackberry Dutch Frosted Lemonade with the real strawberry in it and I ordered a Strawberry Pineapple Dutch Frosted Lemonade with real strawberry in it as well. Both of them are insanely good and creamy. Definitely making Dutch Bros my go to for drinks, now, instead of Starbucks."
