"The barista Diamond at least that’s the name she gave me is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I come here very often and spend hundreds of dollars at Starbucks. This is the second time I’ve asked her a question and she rolls her eyes and turns around to sarcastically ask her coworkers what I asked her. This is beyond unacceptable and management should really look into this. If you don’t like people asking you questions about your job maybe this is not the type of career or job for you."
"Blender was down they couldn't make a frappuccino, was having bad day got upset and when I left the area my cart accidentally knocked down a sign and I was embarrassed so I kept going. Felt guilty went back to apologize and explain and they were very receptive to my apology and made a great vanilla iced latte"
