Rosati's Pizza

"Holy hell! I could cry this food was AMAZING! Our waitress what very on top of things and was super sweet and attentive. I got the ravioli, my boyfriend got the beef, we split a pizza, got cheese bread, and best of all cannolis. It's been so so long since I've had good food like this. There just aren't words for how it made me feel. It reminded me of good food from my relatives when I was a kid. This just hit in a way that I can't describe. I will be coming back for sure, hopefully making this a go to place for my family."

"This place is jewel. I was surprised to hear that it is a chain since the vibe definitely felt like a local pizza and bar. The wait staff are amazing, a special shout out to Renee. She was doubling as our bartender! Side note, try her Old Fashion! The Chicago pizza And their Monster are both winners!! The dough bites is a basket!!! Prepare to take home left overs!!!"

"LOVED IT! So let me say the Chicago deep Dish pizza was so YUMMY! We were attended by the owner Shawn and she gave us EXCELLENT service. We told her it was our first time at her place, and the she explained how they make their own sauce and fresh ingredients. Boy will I say, the jalapeno peppers were spicccyy, the tomatoes, and that cheese just marinated very well. And we walked away with no acid reflex. She also told us they just finished enclosing the outdoor patio, so it was great because it was raining awhile ago and a bit cold for us outside. We just moved to central Texas from McAllen, so having the patio enclosed with South Texas temperature was great."

"I had driven by Rosati‘s on my way across town one day last week. I know it’s been there as they have a very large sign. It just never registered as an Italian restaurant so when I was fresh in my mind, I decided to order a pizza to go from them Friday night. My husband was kind enough to go and pick it up and he advised it was crazy busy with a long line to be seated to eat in the restaurant and good size line for pick up as well. He did say they were doing a good job of managing it, so the wait time wasn’t horrific Ordering online was pretty easy they have the style of app where you can very easily do a half-and-half pizza which we always appreciate because 99% of the time that’s what we want. Many pizza places only have certain sizes if you like the thin crust, and of course many don’t offer it at all I was really surprised that Rosati‘s offered thin crust in every size from small to extra large, and the cost of an extra large pizza with three extra toppings. was about $38 but considering we had to complete meals that was absolutely acceptable the pizza was thin crust indeed and well done as per requested nice and crispy on the bottom. It was loaded with toppings. The only thing that was scarce was the sauce we felt we could’ve done with a little more of that. Regarding the toppings, it was canned mushrooms, which my preferences actually fresh sliced mushrooms but, it is just a preference. The overall flavor of the pizza was good, especially while it was hot . is the pizza cooled off I did feel that the types of cheese used were questionable perhaps a bit of a different blend. I am not sure but I will ask when I go in. As far as the bacon for a topping, it was freshly cooked, regular sliced bacon that had been shot and was plentiful that with the fresh tomatoes was really tasty!!! I’d like to go and eat in person next time to check out the ambience it sounded like a very busy, classically Italian restaurant on a Friday night!! I will document the experience after I go."

"We overordered, but every item was delicious! It was our first time trying Chicago deep dish and it did not disappoint. I literally have no point of reference, but I love pizza and it was yummy! We would come back and order less next time!"
