"Baristas here are rude as phuck. they deserve to be in low paying meaningless job. They mess up my drink orders on purpose."

"I honestly do not understand some of the bad reviews. I am a regular here and this is the only Starbucks that makes my drink taste amazing every time (tall brown sugar shaken espresso with the one pump of white mocha, basic I know haha ). They are always so sweet and every morning I am greeted with "good morning" and every thing. There is no drive thru and sometimes parking can be crazy, but I will literally do it if it means do not sit in a drive thru for someone to get it wrong. I ordered on the app towards closing yesterday for the last day of the 50% off drinks, and they were beyond sweet."

"These guys are awesome! They are there for me with a smile on their faces at 6:30 in the morning after my 1-year-old wakes up way too early, and they give her high fives and tell me how cute she is, all while handling my order perfectly. On days where we go later, they are slammed and they still get the orders out quickly and efficiently, and mine is perfect every time. Even when we don't order and we're just grocery shopping, we go by and my 1-year-old loves to say hi to everybody. They are so friendly, and they are my favorite Starbucks. Thanks, y'all!"

"I asked for light ice and more milk. This is what I get WITH attitude. And now this lady is so irritated with me just asking for light ice and extra milk, she is making my drink wrong and on purpose. She is now making it with iced coffee when it is a shaken expresso. I love her little sweet message on my cup for the second time she says "Enjoy your LATTE!!" , when SHE knows she made it with iced coffee. I cannot believe that I have had to deal with her attitude for the last 2 mos. WHY?? WHY IS THIS OK? I have had to make my own coffee right there at the counter. As you can see CLEARLY IT IS AN ICED COFFEE!!! WHY CAN'T SHE JUST MAKE IT CORRECT??? Now I have to drive twice as far to get my coffee the way I want it and with a smile."

"Yesterday I went for a Irish cream cold brew and the lady didn’t know how to do it, asked her if there was something missing and she said no that’s how it is. She didn’t offer to change it she just said that’s how it is. Even with the picture in front of her… very disappointed. By the way, this is how it is!"
