"Took my car in with an appointment and an online voucher for oil change and tire rotation for $59. I get there and they tell me $82. The guy did honor the $59,but no tire rotation. After that I spent an hour there while just about every other car was finished before mine. They were busy, which is great, but next time try a little harder on the customer service"

"Never been to a mechanic shop that made me want to leave a bad review but this one sure did. Had my battery light showing on my dash and random times, so came here to get it checked since they had good reviews. They found the problem which was the Alternator, Jay the advsior quoted me the price which was expensive for the part since it was dealership price and oem. Quoted me over the phone labor which seemed average since 1.5 hr labor time on my old honda civic while I was at work. Had to wait couple days for part to arrive. So next day i asked to email me the quote which Jay did, and labor was more then what Jay told me on the phone, so I told him about what we agreed on and he said oh yeah, let me fix that, which he did. Said it was going to be finished this Tuesday in the afternoon, so asked to get my windshield wiper replaced as well. They finished my car last minute before they closed since I really needed it since I was ubering past couple days from work,etc. Even though it should had been finished before since I called twice to check up on it that morning and they had it with the part almost all day. But took all the way till closing to finish but no big deal since at least they got it done on that day as they said. Once I arrived to pay and pick up the part, Jay was off so I dealt with Irman (assuming manager) to pay and get my keys, i asked again how long is the warranty, he assumed it was 3 months but Jay told me 1 year so how was Irman not informed about that when he called me to pick up my car and I checked with the dealer since they warranty the part and said 1 year, so I had to confirm myself so i didn't have to wait on him calling next day without knowing there since I paid so much for the Alternator. Went to see my wipers and they left the windshield wipers plastic end tips still on with the installation paper on top of my hood. Drove back home and noticed my gearbox was very dirty with grease as well. So i opened my hood since everything looked very unorganized to check the work they did. They didn't have my battery mount on and lost it/forgot it seems since I installed my battery before. So called them on that and said they'll check to see what happened and had to waste my lunch time the day 2 days since the Tech was off the day after to find out what happened. So they had to order a new battery mount since their technician Billy they said lost it which they did order one for free obviously. Also noticed they did put back my brake reservoir mount back the next day and just zip tied it so unprofessionally so its loose and dangly without it being secured since assuming they lost that too when they took parts out to get to the Alternator since itbwas below my brake reservior/hoses or were too lazy/rushing work. Didn't bother calling them about that issue because they're so unprofessional and didn't even apologize for any of those issues mentiomed above so I will have to wate more of my time to fix it myself and not deal with this company ever again and do not recommend this place to anyone, go somewhere else and save your money/headache please."
"I had my shocks done on a2010 linclon mks. When I picked it up my abs light and traction control lights were on in the dash. They did end up fixing the lights on the dash but told me that I needed to replace my control arms. When I picked it up the 2nd time my trunk liner was totally torn apart, they tried to put it back together with VELCRO! My steering wheel is crooked. I also had them replace my headlights. The lights are pointing in opposite directions, my trunk liner is still falling down, the rear is still making huge clanking sounds and my fronts are still creaking and popping! They told me I'd have to wait until January 11th to have the owner to investigate. I'm an uber driver this is totally unacceptable especially since I spent $3100.00!³"
