"Jared was very helpful. We had a steering stabilizer that failed. Once he figured out the issues, he mentioned the part was under warranty. He shipped a part directly to our home. The part never arrived. Jared apologized for the carrier’s error and shipped a replacement the same day. Jared was very pleasant, easy to work with, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have been purchasing from 4WP for many years and will happily do so for many more. We highly recommend their stores."

I recently had some work done on my vehicle and we had some issues getting parts from the distributor meaning my car stayed at the shop longer than either 4WP or myself could have anticipated. Joe was absolutely incredible during this process. He worked tirelessly with the distributor, Jared(GM of the store) and myself to get this resolved. Joe was proactive about calling me with updates multiple times per day. He made a potentially bad experience, that was out of their control, into a fantastic one. Every business sets it’s culture from the top. This store is lucky to have Jared at the helm. I’m already scheduling the next work to be done there.
