They started by targeting a simpler lower cost repair to keep our budget in mind, and they were very communicative throughout the process. "Wife heard a grinding noise and I heard $$$$ and hurt pockets. Made an appointment on Sunday night for Monday at 4. Got in about 15 minutes early, and by 4:15 they had me diagnosed. It was exactly what I thought it was. It hurt my pocket, but not as much as I thought it would. Jared took good care of me and made sure I got the premium service for me and my car and gave me the educator discount I didn't even know about. I'm glad I stopped in.
