"Bimmer Motor Specialists did a great jobs in replacing the rear suspension and air compressor on my BMW X5. They are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They are very reliable, honest and professional and all the work was performed as expected in a very timely manner. They take time to explain in detail the issues and how that impacts the operation of the vehicle. I will greatly recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs at reasonable cost"

"Less than satisfactory, especially being a 10-year customer. Left my son's car there all day, only to be told when we returned at 5:00 that the part they ordered was defective. Suggestion: why not order two of the parts, and send one back, to prevent unnecessary inconvenience to the customer? Also, they drove my car 56 miles while in their care! Really? Why? Finally, did not offer any sort of discount or future benefit to keep me loyal as a customer. Heater works now, but not worth the hassle and $829 I shelled out in the process."
