"The store was consistent with other Kohl’s stores. They were not busy. Unfortunately, there was nothing that caught my eye. I was casually looking for shoes, shirts and maybe even a valentines gift. Maybe next time. My personal opinion is the brick and mortar are leaving the door open for Online Retailers."

"Was so dreading taking in my returns but it was so easy and pleasant. The young lady working was super sweet. Would definitely rate 5 stars for service. I did take off one star though because I went to the ladies room and one faucet was running full blast. I could not turn off. Told the lady and she said yes it's been that way all day. I was there at closing. Surely someone could of turned this off. What a complete waste of a valuable resource."

"Attempted to purchase Wrangler utility pants. The display on the pants rack read “buy one get one half off, all wrangler utility pants for men” Upon checkout, BOTH pairs rang up full price. The cashier told me there was nothing that could be done. I went back to take a picture of the display. The cashier then told me they would honor the price. She directed me towards another cashier. She also apologized and told me, “they should have taken that display down.” It may have been a sale that had passed however, there is no date range in the display attached to this review. Cashier #2 rang me up and called the manager for assistance. Apparently the manager responded, “I’m really busy right now and won’t be able to come to the registers for some time.” The manager said they would not honor the price and there is nothing they could do (over the radio, the manager never came up to explain things in person) I left without the pants. Overall, I wasted quite a bit of time trying on pants and haggling with 3 separate employees over a display that clearly read BOGH. It would have been nice to speak with the manager directly and explain my situation, but they were too busy. I left feeling frustrated mostly due to the lack of customer service and time wasted."

"Definitely one of the better Kohl’s in the area. They always have a large selection of the newest items. The store is very clean. And the workers here are extremely helpful and nice. The addition of Sephora is a great selling point for many women. And if you need to return your Amazon purchases. It’s great they offer a 20% off coupon for most of the merchandise in the store"
