"If zero stars was an option that's what Home Depot in Lake Worth would get. They (contractors hired by Home Depot) attempted to deliver our new fridge this morning. I told the delivery guy repeatedly he would have to remove the fridge doors to get it in the front door. He angrily declined saying he was alone and didn't have time because he has other deliveries. He was not alone, his girlfriend was riding with him. He tried squeezing it in anyway and damaged both fridge doors. He then said "guess you're gonna have to call Home Depot and order another one". No apology. My husband called and spoke with the manager in Lake Worth, and he could care less that we have no fridge. The manager gave him an 800 number to call so WE could reorder the replacement and they'll us know when they can deliver it. That's how you're treated after you've paid in full for your purchase. You should be ashamed and embarrassed by your response to your customers. Customer service at Home Depot in Lake Worth is nonexistent."
"Ms. Marsha with solar greeted me promtly and helped me find the what i was needing. She was very friendly and due to conversation gave me more food for thought on solar power generators. Mr. Darrell saw that i was in need of further help and assisted me in finding exactly what i was looking for (without my knowledge of what was needed to make my project work). I was very thankful all around as i was with my 3 littles and def appreciated the assistance. Warmest wishes to you both!"
"Waited for 20 min for help in paint after calling on the phone and watching 10-12 associates hanging out 10’ away. If you want to spend money this place makes it very hard!"
"The Home Depot pro department was fantastic. We placed our order for delivery with surprising results. All the items would be delivered. 2 days later before 10:00 am all items arrived. The delivery placed all the items where I wanted them. See photos. 16 ft x 16 ft deck."
