"Fantastic customer service! They know their teas and are always willing to offer suggestions. The manager is well versed in the different types of teas and I strongly suggest trying some of the premiums when you go in. Takes a little longer time for brewing, but will worth it. Also try the blooms! Brought some home and love watching them and they taste wonderful!"
"The matcha and taro cream blast tea was a bland just tasted like milk. Fruits smoothies were great. Service could have been better the girl kept asking IS THAT IT? After each drink order. Sounded rude. Anything else would sound better or Does that complete your order? Really need some better customer service training."

"I have been going here daily since they started training. They had their grand opening on Saturday May 6. My favorite drink is the Original Boba Madness but I have loved all the drinks I have tried. Their manager Robert is super nice. I highly recommend this location!"
