"I went to Black Rock Coffee Bar in a rush. It was crowded and very loud. The coffee was mid at best and not worth the long wait. The service was awful. There was this employee who was supposed to call out the drinks, but she never yelled loud enough for anyone to hear, and when my drink was ready on the counter, she wasn't even calling out drinks anymore! It was just a very frustrating experience in all."

"My girlfriend and I just happened upon this coffee shop enroute to returning back to Bee Cave. We were quite satisfied with the barista, the vibe and the quality of their coffee. We like to consider ourselves somewhat of international coffee drinkers. We came to the conclusion they locally measure closely with Dutch Bros, Summer Moon and a few coffee shops in Costa Rica. We've happily found a new local spot."

"Great ambiance. The staff was very patient and informative with my nieces who were really intrigued with the menu. I love that they have many signature drinks and traditional as well. The patio is nice and spacious. A win for nice weather days. Adding this to my list !"

"This place is special. I would give it a 4.5 if I could! The only downfall, and it is simply a fact, it is small. Otherwise I would have given it a 5. BUT, if you want good coffee, I mean good coffee, I mean Summer Moon level coffee, this is a place to get it. The coffee is simply very very good. It has a strong yet smooth flavor, with depth and gentleness. The foam of my Latte was Venice, Italy quality. Seriously, and that is holy ground in terms of coffee. Love the atmosphere, love the people that served us. Just wish it were bigger. BUT, if you want good coffee, I mean very good coffee, this is the place to get it."

"Been here twice now, I live in the area. Fantastic coffee! Amazing flavor combinations and the staff has been so sweet and helpful. Fast service for takeaway and the atmosphere to hang out and work is great too. There’s a drive through and lots of parking. Only lacking one star because the bathrooms (both times) need some serious TLC."
