The owner had yo remind them a customer is in front. Went down hill after that body language was HORRIBLE!! I told her keep the food and I walked out. The owner was cool! He made my food personally and apologized for her. Much more than a LANGUAGE BARRIER just flat out poor customer service"
"The food’s okay but the service not so much and why those who only know English well should be hired in this mainly English-speaking country. I asked for chicken tacos with lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. Simple enough, right? Apparently not when the lady had added onions and peppers AND forgot the lettuce and cheese! I told her about the lettuce and she had a hard time understanding me because it’s apparently perfectly okay for her to take everyone’s order and expect to make it correctly despite hardly knowing English."
