"Excellent experience planning and hosting a private party (32 people) at Cafe Italia in Grapevine, TX on Ira E. Wds, zip code 76051. The manager and staff were so nice and very helpful throughout the planning and my numerous phone calls. The food was superb and plentiful as evidenced by the many compliments from guests. People with specific food allergies/needs were accommodated. We were not rushed at all and were privileged to witness a spontaneous and fascinating magic show at the end of our meal. Truly a memorable evening thanks to the wonderful staff at Cafe Italia. Highly recommend! Side note: Even a few people who are not particularly fond of Italian food were very happy with the variety of menu items and "loved" their meals!"

"What a disappointment. I used the Google star ratings and was excited for a stellar dining experience. Not even close. By looks alone, it's very cliché, a very overdone Italian theme. The service was the only bright star. Both the host and wait staff were courteous and willing to explain the dishes etc. But the food... It was edible, but barely. The salad course was serverd with a dressing called tomato basil vinaigrette. It was the equivalent of cocktail sauce on a bed of lettuce. My main dish was chicken piccata. The chicken was overcooked and the overall dish very salty. My table mate's dish was a chicken dish with what we thought were canned artichokes and mushrooms. There was no sense that the ingredients were fresh."

"I had an amazing experience at this Italian restaurant! The service was exceptional, and the surprise magic show by Nick added a unique touch to the evening. The food was outstanding; I ordered the rigatoni a la vodka and shrimp alfredo. The a la vodka was my favorite, and the calamari in marinara sauce was simply amazing. The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere, and I can't wait to return for another memorable meal."

"I'm not usually a fan of Italian food, but I decided to try this place based on the many positive reviews. I was blown away! Our server Albert was fantastic and made our experience unforgettable. I let him pick my dish and he nailed it with the chicken Jerusalem. The flavors were amazing! I'll be coming back because of the exceptional service provided by Albert."
