"There were maybe 10 people working but the restaurant was dirty. Most of the servers were standing clowning around, but not one could grab a broom and clean up. The server spilled a drink, kinda cleans it up but left straws and lemon wedges on the floor. We got our food, but I had to go and grab my own silverware. I don't fault the server who was new, but whomever the manager is should be fired for not being able to run the crew."

"The hashbrowns weren't cooked. They had a brown spot where they had been put on the grill but we're still a very white, cold square. My grandson ordered scrambled eggs and blueberry crapes. The eggs were so over cooked he had to use a knife to cut them into bites and he got pancakes. I had the eggs Benedict, there was less than a spoonful of Holandaise sauce, not even enough to taste. My cinnamon crepes were cold when they were brought out. We were never offered a drink refill. The restaurant wasn't busy and we saw 6 servers. We were essentially ignored."

"Do not waste your time coming to this ihop. After reading the reviews I decided to sit outside and watch the staff. Then I went inside and after the door slammed shut behind me I stood there and there was no one that even bothered to come around the corner and look. I'm still sitting here and no one has even walked to the front to see if a customer is sitting there waiting for a staff member to seat them. It's 8:37 p.m. and the parking lot is basically empty. Only three tables inside with diners at them that I can see. How pathetic"

"If I could give less stars I would. We arrived at this location and was seated immediately (group of 4). Our waiter was training and did not know anything about the menu. He took our order after repeating it several times - then about 15 min later came back to retake our order. He arrived at our table 10 min after that with 1/2 of one person's order. 20 min after the order was placed for the 2nd time we had to call the training waitress over to find out what was going on as we still had no food and the waiter hadn't been back to refill anything. Nobody else had received any food and the other 1/2 of the 1 persons food had not arrived. She apologized and retook the order for the 3rd time as well as the drink order. Once food finally arrived we had been there over an hour (and were still waiting on the drink refills) had requested the check as soon as the food arrived. We had to re-request the tab after waiting 10 addition min. When she brought it we asked to speak with the manager. He came out and did not apologize or ask what the issue was. He was smug and smirked during our conversation. While we were there there were 3 groups of people who came in and left because nobody went to the front to seat them. One group asked our initial waiter if someone could seat them and he was advised that he would get someone... but after they stood at the door for an additional 5 min they left as well. They were not busy during our visit. There were 3 other tables present. Staff wise they had the new waiter, the trainer and one addition waitress for a Friday night as well as the cook and manager. The manager did not appear to be assisting in any capacity. Overall it was the worst customer service I've received and we will not be returning to this location ever again."

"Met a friend for breakfast at this restaurant. Salad, entree, and dessert came out at once. Steak was overcooked. Meatless spinach omlet had some hamburger. $2 surprise upcharge for seasonal pancakes, nearly doubling the cost. Service was good until the end, and then we waited a while on our server in order to pay."
