Burger King

"Drive thru said it closed at 12 midnight. I arrived at 11:50pm and no one came to the drive thru window. I drove past to see two ladies just chatting it up like it was already closed. My understanding is if you close at midnight you close at midnight no earlier… just like if you called the doctors office and they close at 5 and they don’t answer at 4:50. Not how that works now I’m left starving. Imagine a family of 5 just got off a long flight and are vegan and the only options we have are Burger King or no food"

"Stated they can't do they stated deal advertised on their menu. Their literal sign says you can get one of each for the 5$ duo. The teller says she couldn't do it because the corporate won't update their cashier option system and would have to charge extra if I got a whopper jr and a royal crispy wrap."

"Just bought food from this location. I had a coupon for 3 whoppers and 3 jr burgers and 3 fries. First off when I went to tell them about the modifications the gentlemen stated he couldn't hear me (drive thru) order. So I stated I would pull up and he somehow heard that. So went to the window and explained my modifications to the whoppers I would like. Well I pay and get my food and drive home the whole less than a mile drive that it is. So I go through the burgers and im checking them and they didn't label them with what was taken out like they normally do so I had to figure what was what for who. So I go to eat my burger and on mine I asked for no pickles and I find that it has not only 1 pickle which I thought maybe they put it on then remembered it didn't need to be but there were actually 5 pickles on this. Yes I did take the pickles off and I shouldn't complain but it's just that I thought maybe they wouldn't be there since normally they aren't. I guess u really shouldn't complain since I got 7 burgers instead of the 6 it was supposed to be but even the 4th whopper had pickles on it as well."

"June 2023 - 4 Stars We had a better experience when we sat down inside for our meal. We had 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers and a Double Cheeseburger. We liked our burgers. They seemed a bit short staffed during lunch time, but the lady behind the counter handled it well and was nice. 2021 - 3 Stars Ordered a Whopper meal and 2 Chicken Fries meals at the drive-thru window. First time ordering Chicken Fries. Service was quick and we were not there for very long. When we finally sat down to eat, the chicken fries and burger were good. But, they didn't provide any napkins. Only gave us 3 tiny packets of ketchup. Chicken fries were supposed to come with a variety of dipping sauces to choose from, but they were never offered. It was too late to go back."
