"The 3 things i'm rating this a 3 star is that they gave me the wrong amount of creamers they were close its that they gave me 16 inatead of 18 im only giving it a 4 star in service is that they got the rest of my order right 3rd thing is that they made me wait for 500+ seconds for 1 order til i just had an adhd meltdown. "Ordered for a curbside pick up in advance, waited in curbside pick up for about 15-20 mins, went inside to see I could jus pick up my order, no one was attending the front counter for about 5 mins... I jus left cause this already made me late for work.... I called in for a refund and they say that I have to wait until Monday morning for the boss to authorize it, it's friday... So I have to wait 3 days to maybe get a refund.... F Mcdonald's..."

"Service completely sucks here, I get 30 mins for lunch and I ordered on the app. Went through drive through got 1 of 2 drinks and told to go park in a spot, after 10 minutes my food came out and then after another 10 minutes I called the manager over the phone and their excuse was they were cleaning the machine and takes some time. This was at 12pm, lunchtime for many folks yet they have to clean a machine? Needless to say service is absolutely terrible and recommend going someplace else where fast food is actually fast food for short lunches. Zero stars all around."

"Place was completely trashed especially the play area. I had to clean our table area and the touch tablet myself. Trash was overflowing and saw employees hanging out, or on their phone several times. It took 10 min for me to get a cup for water and the food was soggy and cold. Please do not go here!"
