"Mercedes is the only reason I am writing this review. As the night shift manager she single handedly provides the most heart-warming, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for me to enjoy my tacos. Myself being a person in the food service industry I can truly understand how difficult it is to always provide a smile, yet she always does so."

"I ordered a potato burrito and just recently started noticing getting charged for a fiesta veggie burrito which I'm not ordering and they've done this to me twice now and I'm not very happy about it. Check your recites ppl. Update as of September 26th 2023 went back got a breakfast burrito the cheese sauce was nasty tasted horrible had a funny taste to it and it didn't even look like cheese sauce here's the picture."

"Ordered this past Monday. I honestly thought that this location being in a “nicer” area what have higher standards. It was a fairly large order so checking it all before I got home would have been hard. They left out my chips and nachos, one of my cinnamon twists, grilled chicken burrito prepared incorrectly, the burrito supreme was smaller than the value menu chicken burritos. The Mexican pizza was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen come out of Taco Bel , half of it had so insides , I got the new burrito with cheeses toasted to it and they forgot the jalapeño and the bell grande was half the size it should have been, but they did made sure to give me about 87 sauce packs when I requested 8."
