"We first tried the pizza on a Friday evening before they opened while we were strolling the restaurants trying to decide on our destination. They offered us a taste from the patio service window as they practiced their craft. This was a pepperoni pie and we each enjoyed a perfect slice. The crust is wonderful after proofing several days for great flavor and the pizza oven at high temp insures an authentic result. Since our first visit a few weeks ago we been back 3 times to enjoy other variations including the fruited pig and the whiskey smoke, great burnt ends on this one! We have also enjoyed the Caesar salads although we prefer a little more dressing than presented which was cheerfully handled by our server. Everything here is intentional meaning well thought out. After 20 years in FloMo we finally have the pizza we have been waiting for if your preference is Neapolitan Style Pizza, it's great and the staff, while new, is better with each visit. Please support them!"

"They’ve got their pizza down to a science. It’s the best food we’ve tried from them so far! The tomato basil soup is good too but didn’t care for the Caesar salad. The dressing needs work as it was kind of bitter and not near as good as others I’ve had. The waitress we had was wonderful. She took great care of us and even offered to bring out pepperonis for our dog. We loved the music playlist they had going too! Definitely worth trying this place out for the great service, top-notch pizza and atmosphere! Also I’ve seen someone else complain about the crust but we loved it. It’s crunchy and delicious!"
