"This has always been my favorite pizza but the last two times it has been way over cooked an tough to eat/cold. I also order Wings Bone In. Got Boneless wings yuck!!! After spending this kind of money and going to bed hungry just isn't right. Back to the old store bought cheap pizza. The owner on here ask if I called and spoke with MOD? You just lost a customer for life!!! Have a wonderful New Year!"
"We get Jet's usually 3-5 times a month. We usually always get delivery. The past 2 times we have ordered the pizza has arrived at least a half hr late and cold! We called 2 times during our last order after it was over one hour. We were told both times that it has left the store. We only live 6 minutes away, and this was all within 30 minutes!"
"Great pizza and a good bunch of employees. I went to pick up my pizza and salad over the weekend. They were having issues with the salad table. Refrigeration equipment can stop cooling sometimes. There was an older guy who was 5 orders behind me, and he had also ordered a salad. He was very impatient and got rude and loud with the staff. They handled it very well. He was so rude I told them to give the salad to him and I'd wait. He lied to the manager about the employees' communication with him. I was quick to shut him down. I am usually a pretty calm person, but he pushed my reaction even though he didn't directly speak to me. Long story short, the young employees and manager stayed calm and handled the situation perfectly. I have many years in the pizzeria biz. I am impressed and will continue to bring my business to Jets pizza. The manager gave him and I a gift card for our next order. The guy took both of them and shoved them in his pocket and continued to whine like a child. AAA++++ TO THE STAFF"
"Tried Jet's for the first time this week. Their Detroit style is unique for this area and is great. Price is more than reasonable. They have a great staff - very congenial and helpful. Will definitely go again."
