"I was a little nervous based on some recent reviews but my experience was great! The pizza tasted fresh and the crust was cooked well. As far as service goes, everyone that helped me was super friendly and attentive (shout out to Sam and Darius!)"

"First time here - ordered online. Extensive choices at a reasonable price. Upon arrival there was plenty of parking tonight. Inside there are two seating areas. Everything looked very clean. The gentleman making my pizza was super friendly. Service was quick. Ordered 11 inch pepperoni and mushroom with a garlic rub, white sauce, asiago, parm, mozzarella, and a pesto swirl. The crust was so soft and tender, and all these flavors were amazing. Love that you can have as many ingredients as you want for the same price. Bravo! I’ll be back!!"

"I had a terrible experience at this MOD Pizza this Sunday evening. My app order was not ready until 20 minutes after the suggested arrival time, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the crust on one of the pizzas was burnt, and an employee tried to cover it up by cutting off part of the crust. This was unacceptable, and it ruined the entire pizza. The same employee also cut part of another pizza off to make it fit in the box, which showed a lack of attention to detail. What's more, the staff tried to give us the wrong pizza, and none of the pizzas were made with all the ingredients we requested. This was extremely disappointing since we expected high-quality food and service. To add insult to injury, the person baking and prepping the pizzas didn't speak to customers and didn't provide any help when issues were brought to their attention. It's important for employees to interact with customers and address any issues that arise promptly. Unfortunately, this individual didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. The number of pizzas queued up to be cooked left us to just leave with what we had as there is no way to know how much longer we would have waited to have pizzas remade. Overall, I cannot recommend MOD Pizza based on my experience. The poor service and quality of food make it an unsatisfactory dining experience."

"We were so excited for a Mod Pizza to open nearby that we couldn’t miss their opening week! We were not disappointed! Their pizzas are delicious and a great value! The staff is friendly and helpful! And the restaurant is fun and colorful! Even though they just opened and some of the staff was still learning, the wait time was very reasonable. The pizzas are delicious. One can build their own pie or choose one of their gourmet creations! And be sure to sign up for their “Mod Rewards” program. New members get a free ooey, gooey “No Name Cake.” We will definitely be back soon!"
