"My experience at this Starbucks was terrible. I came to this location with my friend and as soon as we sat down with our drinks and food we over heard an employee make fun of one of us loud and clear. I was so baffled at how someone could make fun of someone else because of their appearance. Definitely will not be coming back."

"As a walk-in customer with no one in line, I was once again disappointed as I was ignored for 5 minutes before getting to order. The order took roughly 5 minutes as well. Priority was given to drive-thru line. The patio had a homeless guy that first solicited a cup of coffee, then $5.00, then turned paranoid and asked "Are you recording me?!" I didn't stick around for the next phase of his behavior."

"Absolute worst Starbucks in the area. The layout is bad, the parking is bad, and they’ve missed the mark on delivering on their drink times by 30+ minutes on non-peak times on three occasions. They don’t seem very organized and have gifted out the most “sorry for the wait” gift cards out of any Starbucks I’ve seen. There’s a Starbucks nearby at Kroger and one in the Barnes & Noble that have better service."

"Used to like this location, but their serivce has deteriorated. I orderd a beacon,sausage egg wrap today. First, they made it without any beacon and sausage. So, I requested, and they made a second one but it looks no different from the first one."
