"The burgers for the price could be much better. The meat seems un seasoned, just bland. They are large, so I guess there's that. I feel like they could at least add some sort of burger seasoning whilst cooking just to make it taste like a $10.00 burger."

"Definitely the worst customer service I have ever had in a five guys restaurant anywhere.... and definitely the worst customer service in Glade park. I started my order and the guy just stood there and stared at me like a deer in the headlights. Didn't ask me what else I wanted. Didn't ask what I wanted on the burger or nothing. Just stood there and stared at me like some psycho. Not a clean table in the restaurant anywhere. It's my first time coming to this location since moving to Euless and I definitely will not be back. There's too many other restaurants right around this to be treated like that."

"I normally don’t post reviews on fast food restaurants but felt like I needed to this time. I love Five Guys French fries. Not only are they delicious but you get more than enough. Enough for 2 people. I went to this location on my way home. Went inside and was greeted by the young man working and asked me to give them a minute. Which I didn’t mind because he greeted me. 3-5 minutes later 2 more people walk in and we are waiting. The lady worker walks over and instantly greets them and proceeds to take their order without asking who was here first or greeting me and I know she saw me walk in when the young man greeted me. I was the only one standing there for minutes. They had to tell her that I was here first. Still she did not greet me or apologize. I order a regular fries and regular drink. I pull out a $100 bill because I wanted to break it.. and she asks if I have another form of payment. I tell her that’s ok and walk out. I could have paid with a card but I was already irritated by her lack of customer service and I feel some prejudice against me."

"My first visit to Five Guys and after ordering, I thought, that was kind of expensive. They don’t have combos like Hamburger, fries and a drink for one discounted price but everything is priced separately. A small hamburger, small fries and a drink was $16.75. After I ate the food I understood why it cost more than most hamburger chains. The quality matched the price. The hamburger was delicious and the fries were the best fries I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back and recommend anyone to try them at least once and judge for themselves."
