"Kolache factory provides a complete breakfast all in 1 bite. With assorted options and variations my favorite is the chorizo and egg Kolache. You would think the chorizo and egg from Kolache factory would be very commercial and not Mexican authentic.However you would be wrong. It is packed with flavor and taste almost exactly how my mom made it as a kid. I come here 3 times a week as it is my wife’s favorite breakfast. My wife orders sausage and cheese and my kids love egg and cheese. Jalepeno popper is a must order as well. The staff is so quick and attentive. Always curious. If you’re looking for something different besides tacos in the morning give Kolache factory a try."
