"This might be the worse store in the world. First you can’t get anyone inside to help you. If you do finally find someone they tell you they don’t know and their little machine is broke so they can’t look it up. 4 people standing around the self checkout will absolutely not help you even with the machine going crazy saying wait for assistance. Finally you pick up and online order they tell you to drive around the building and load it yourself. I will never come to this store again"
"This is a great Lowe’s . We got a really beautiful Christmas tree a couple days ago from here for a really reasonable price . There are some really cute decorations for your tree and decor for the house too. They also had a good selection of flowers and gardening supplies . I will continue to shop here ."
"This store needs immediate help with how they treat customers. The young woman in appliances is rude and dismissive. I was trying to buy a microwave oven at a specified dimension to fit a custom made space. She tried to sell me a trim kit with the microwave. I tried to tell her that I had the trim that fits the existing space and thatI needed a microwave with specif dimensions. She pointed to a section of the store and said "they are over there." Horrible attitude and no customer service!"
"It's fine, not better or worse than other home improvement big boxes. I left Home Depot the other day because I needed two plumbing parts, couldn't find the first one I was looking for, Lowe's had it, but not the second thing I needed, I bet Home Depot had that. Oh well."
