"I recently got behind 11 days on a payments. On Wednesday 1/4 I had emergency surgery, not a small surgery either. Barely able to answer the phone I answered and got Jeremy on the phone. I asked if he would call me back on Monday cause I didn’t have the CCV code on the back of my card to make the payment. He then said well then we need to come pick up the stuff. I told him no one was home as I was at my mothers to be cared for. His exact words were “do you really want to play this game with me.” First of all, I understand I was behind 11 days, but to have a threatening disrespectful comment made from a customer service representative is completely uncalled for and unprofessional. No one, absolutely no one deserves to be treated in that matter especially someone that is in tears after emergency surgery. Dawn the district manager got on the phone and said she “handled his comments” but I’m going to corporate with this. As a threat of “playing this game” is not taken lightly. Professionalism obviously is not a part of their training."
